Copyright and Usage Terms
The use of materials from the CPK Archives is governed by the Copyright Act, 1954. Users accessing, reproducing, or referencing any material must ensure compliance with this Act, which protects creators' rights and ensures the responsible use of original works.
All material obtained from the CPK Archives must be used accurately, without alteration that compromises its historical or artistic integrity. Reproduction or publication of material for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from the CP Kukreja Foundation for Design Excellence.
Proper attribution must be given as: "Courtesy: CPK Archives / CP Kukreja Foundation for Design Excellence."
Users accessing materials shall indemnify and hold harmless the CPK Archives, its agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the material.
